Plugin Problem

I just downloaded ReaPlugs. I have Cubase LE4 on PC and WinXP, my question is I have done a recording in Cubase and want to use the ReaPlugs for example the delay component, my question is how do I use it? How do I select a track or a section of track that I have recorded in Cubase and that I want to add delay to it and use the ReaPlug delay component. Thanks.

You need to set up your plug in the vst folder in the cubase directory, then set the vst up as a send effect.
I recommend you check in the manual on how to set up send effects, because it's a little different for different versions and the diagrams will explain it much better than I can.
