Annyone got is Cubase 5 in Canada ?

I did order my C5 Update from Steinberg Online but still got nothing and now I see peoples in the forum that use it so anny ETA for C5 in Canada ... Anny GOD I gotto pray to or something
I did call the Number they give me but got a machine and still no call back from them

I got my copy 2 day's ago ... the next day that a really &*$$%%& women told me on the phone that i was lucky to be the next 17th person in line ..

annyway got it now

and i'm really not to happy of the upgrade ... for now let see was tomorow's gonna be

To understand what's going on in Canada... The update is distributed by Music Marketing, the company that distributed Cubase in the past. They lost distribution of new copies to Yamaha and kept only updates...

Ah, interesting. Thanks for the info, Ray. I've always dealt with Steinberg Canada and Music Marketing, but then again for years I've always purchased "updates". Guess that's why I got my copy weeks ago, yet some folks are only receiving their purchase now....because Yamaha took control of the distribution of the new copies. There are pros and cons to Yamaha owning Steinberg. Guess this example is one of the negatives.

I was in charge of Cubase upgrades for the school I work for and had always a good relation with Steinberg Canada/Music Marketing (Very nice people). And I also had a chance to meet Yamaha sales rep., a very nice person too...

I received my copy a long time ago. Mid Feb maybe. I agree with Ray, I've always had nothing but the best service from Music Marketing Canada.
