Groove Agent one - Import from Mpc - Missing samples?

Hello,
I have used the save entire memory option on mpc to save my program and samples.I then import the .pgm/samples via groove agent one,but it is missing some samples.Is there any known issues to the reason for this?

Just to be safe,I double checked the note mappings from the program of the mpc .pgm file and it's identical to the note mapping of Groove Agent 1,but I'm missing samples from the import.Is it possible Groove Agent one can be further tested by beta testers from Steinberg and relooked at for this issue?
