It is sold out by now and to my knowledge the stores won't be able to order new stock. Sorry!

I ordered a copy of Halion Player about 10 days ago using the Steinberg online shop.
Does this mean I will not receive it? I already paid for it by bank.

I got a confirmation, but it's been over 10 days now since I ordered it.
I sent them a mail and they replied saying "it is backordered", whatever that means.
In my opinion this means that they do not have it in stock, so I am wondering whether I will still receive it.

I just heard that Asknet will contact you soon. The HALion Player was indeed out of stock so you will get a refund.
