Can't find SO in new instal

I just instaled Win& 64bit, and reinstaled Cubase with all updates. Also instaled Symphonic Orchestra. I have an icon on my desctop. When I open it its' working fine.
But when I opened Cubase I don't have it as one of my instrument.
Any suggestions?
